DANCEAFRICA! PHILADELPHIA: HISTORIES PROJECT OPEN HOUSE This collaboration with the Community Education Center will document our region's rich histories of African dance, drum and culture, and culminate in an exhibition at PFP this fall. Attend the Open House: help shape the exhibition by sharing stories, reflecting on key moments and people, and more. Bring photos to scan on the spot!

Exhibitions at PFP are developed through our Folk Arts and Social Change Residency program, which offers community members chances to use our gallery to develop work addressing local concerns. Applications to participate in the next round of programs will be available by the end of April.
